What is coaching versus therapy?Therapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health issues, emotional difficulties, and behavioral patterns that may be rooted in the past. Therapists work with clients to explore underlying thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, identify and resolve past traumas, and develop coping strategies to manage symptoms of mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. Coaching typically emphasizes self-discovery, goal-setting, accountability, and empowerment. Coaches provide support, guidance, and encouragement to help clients unlock their full potential and live more fulfilling lives. Coaching is often sought out by individuals who are looking to make positive changes in areas such as career, relationships, health, personal growth, and work-life balance.

What are the benefits of coaching?I help clients explore and realize their full potential, align their actions with their core values, and achieve significant personal and professional growth. Coaches assist clients in identifying and overcoming obstacles, setting and achieving goals, and cultivating a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.

What is my background?I have a degree in Bachelors in communications from Portland State University as well as a life coach certification from Mind Valley. I am also a certified Reiki master

How often are sessions?Sessions can be once or twice a week depending on the client’s needs

What is your investment?My current rate is $90/hour. I also have packages for a set amount of sessions. Please contact me for my information on packages.

How long are sessions?Sessions are typically 60 minutes long but can also be done at 90 minutes or more depending on the client’s needs.

What is my cancellation policy?Cancelation can be done 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancelations or rescheduling are charged in full
